Shipping policy

We ship packages within 3-5 business days by USPS. The average delivery time is 5 to 7 business days. 

We are not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items. You can request and purchase extra insurance.

Groovy Donkey Trading Co. will not refund shipping costs, or pay for return shipping, unless items are damaged during transit.
